dillemas on best the topic for my research proposal..??

at the first place i want to do on something related to the current information services, like virtual reference,etc since my bos proposed on 'change management' as my topic, as i think it is good especially for my department. so, i just forget on the topic that resound in my head. sadly, dr. diljit said the topic was a wide area of research scope to be covered + need long and depth research.. unless i want to change to research mode rather than mixed mode that i'm taking now. hoho..i don't think so that i can manage my time well as i'm new in working life. it's hard right to get a topic that u can easily merge with working enviroment. he asked me to meet dr noor harun for the topic b'coz it is more related to his field of study. then after met him, 'library anxiety' keep on hunting me. duhh.. no more change management. not too happy. surprisingly what?? there's a lot of student do on the same topic! hate it. i thought me and cda the only pair to do on this topic. actually there are numbers of phD student do on this topic too...  cda already change to information literacy..me?? along suggested was on e-book in public library similar to his.. same goes to k.mina..on reference services..so,i'm in between now.. electronic resources or virtual reference service??
